Users can easily search for physicians by keywords or specialties. If a provider has available appointments, they can be requested directly through their profile. The services are listed alphabetically with detailed descriptions that can be accessed by tapping on them.

Additionally, SMH facilities are conveniently pinned on an interactive map, allowing users to locate the closest Urgent Care Centers, Emergency Rooms, or any other SMH facility. The GPS navigation feature guides users to their desired facility or physician within the system. The application leverages iPhone's geo-locating functions to provide users with assistance upon arrival at the main campus or any off-site facilities.

The application incorporates Analytics to collect and analyze user activity. All user data is anonymized and used solely for evaluating the application's usage patterns, aiding in the enhancement and bug-fixing processes to improve usability and functionality.
